On the afternoon of March 16, the opening ceremony for the 2021 Jiuxin Group Electrical Technician Training Course was held in the conference room of Shanshui International City. Attending the event were Jiuxin Group General Manager Shen Ming, instructors from Shandong Zeneng Power Technology Co., Ltd., as well as key executives from each Jiuxin Group subsidiary, production management supervisors, and electrical technicians and power‑construction personnel.
On the afternoon of March 16, the opening ceremony for the 2021 Jiuxin Group Electrical Technician Training Course was held in the conference room of Shanshui International City. Attendees included Jiuxin Group General Manager Shen Ming, instructors from Shandong Zene Power Technology Co., Ltd., as well as key executives from each Jiuxin Group subsidiary, production management supervisors, and electrical technicians and power‑construction personnel.
General Manager Shen emphasized that, during a comprehensive safety‑production baseline inspection conducted at the beginning of this year, several potential safety hazards were identified. In response, the Chairman convened a special group‑wide safety‑production meeting and designated 2021 as the “Year of Safety‑Production Accountability” for the Jiuxin Group. To this end, the Group will establish a company‑wide safety‑production management network, appointing each subsidiary’s general manager as the primary person responsible, with a strong focus on ensuring personal safety, production safety, fire safety, and electrical safety.
We will adopt a “bring in and go in” approach to enhance the professional expertise and workplace safety of relevant practitioners. As the inaugural session, this electrical‑worker training program has specially invited leaders from Shandong Zeneng Electric Power Company to deliver a two‑week specialized training course.
At the opening ceremony, the General Manager outlined three key requirements for all employees from the participating companies:
1. Apply self‑pressure to strengthen your intrinsic motivation for learning.
2. Apply what you learn to enhance the relevance of your studies.
3. Maintain strict discipline and conscientiously abide by all rules and regulations of the training program.
We hope that all trainees will gain valuable knowledge, apply what they’ve learned, and soon become experts in the power industry!
