In this season of sowing hope and painting a vibrant future, Jiuxin Group celebrated the joyous occasion of 48 employees’ children achieving academic success. On the afternoon of August 20, the group solemnly held the “Youth in Its Prime, Setting Sail on a New Journey” 2024 Scholarship Ceremony for Employees’ Children.
In this season of sowing hope and painting a vibrant future, Jiuxin Group celebrated the joyous occasion of 48 employees’ children achieving academic success. On the afternoon of August 20, the group solemnly held the “Youth in Its Prime, Setting Sail on a New Journey” 2024 Scholarship Ceremony for Employees’ Children. 
Attending this event were: Wei Hong, General Manager of Jiuxin Tools Co., Ltd.; Wang Kun, General Manager of Jiuxin Automotive Tools Co., Ltd.; Chen Zhaoguo, General Manager of Sanjin Electromechanical Co., Ltd.; Zhang Chengchao, General Manager of Jiuxin Hardware Tools Co., Ltd.; and Yang Lili, Manager of Jiuxin Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
Every year at our college‑admission ceremony, we present a commemorative gift. This year, we’ve chosen a book by Yu Hua—“Eighteen Years Old, I Set Out on a Journey”—a collection of short stories. Through this work, we want to remind those of you who have just finished the gaokao: no one wins everything because of a single exam, nor does anyone lose everything because of it. So whatever your results may be at this moment, we hope you’ll remain humble and steady, drawing courage from setbacks to keep moving forward. Your future depends on your own hard work. At eighteen, you must go out and take risks—even if it means coming home with a bruised face. Only by experiencing life firsthand can you truly come to know yourself.
At the ceremony, Wei Hong, General Manager of the Tools Group at Jiuxin Group, extended warm congratulations on behalf of the group to the children of employees who have achieved academic success. He encouraged all students to cherish their university years, continuously acquire new knowledge and master new skills, and use diligence and wisdom to forge their own bright futures. He also urged them to take this as a stepping stone, strive for even greater achievements, enrich their precious lives with learning, and set sail with unwavering determination, riding the winds and waves to reach far horizons.
Subsequently, the group’s leadership presented scholarships and commemorative gifts to the students.
Yang Lili, Deputy General Manager of Jiuxin Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and Zhang Chengchao, General Manager of Jiuxin Hardware Tools Co., Ltd., presented cash awards and commemorative gifts to the associate-degree students. 
Chen Zhaoguo, General Manager of Jiuxin Sanjin Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd., and Wang Kun, General Manager of Jiuxin Automotive Tools Co., Ltd., presented cash awards and commemorative gifts to undergraduate students. 
Wei Hong, General Manager of Jiuxin Tools Company, presented cash awards and commemorative gifts to the graduate students.
This year, the student who delivered the speech on behalf of all was Liu Xinran, the daughter of Xu Ailian from Jiuxin Biotechnology. She was admitted to the Civil Aviation University of China with outstanding academic results. As the representative of the examinees, she began by expressing her heartfelt gratitude to the Jiuxin Group family for their support and encouragement. She pledged to cherish this encouragement even more and to work tirelessly to realize her dreams and contribute to societal progress.
Looking ahead, you are about to set sail on a new journey. May you deepen your knowledge and broaden your horizons during your university years; may you face life’s challenges with confidence and forge ahead with courage in this new environment. In the days to come, I wish you every success in your studies, that you may proudly bring honor to your parents, and that, by staying true to your original aspirations, you will see your efforts bear fruit from beginning to end. After achieving academic excellence, I hope you will give back to your hometown and contribute your strength to the development of our great motherland.

On the morning of August 23, Jiuxin Group’s “Shining with Jiuxin, Embarking on a New Journey” 2025 reward ceremony for employees’ children who have been admitted to higher education was solemnly held in the grand conference room on the first floor of Jiuxin Daily Chemical.
