Since 2020, in order to proactively address the impact of the COVID‑19 pandemic, foster a new model of harmonious labor relations, and comprehensively enhance our city’s efforts to build such relationships, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Municipal Federation of Enterprises and Entrepreneurs, and the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce have, in accordance with the requirements set forth in the “Notice on Launching the Recognition Process for Harmonious Enterprises and Harmonious Industrial Parks in Tai’an City,”
Since 2020, in order to proactively address the impact of the COVID‑19 pandemic, foster a new model of harmonious labor relations, and comprehensively enhance our city’s efforts to build such relationships, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Municipal Federation of Enterprises and Entrepreneurs, and the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce have, in accordance with the requirements of the “Notice on Launching the Recognition Process for Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprises and Harmonious Industrial Parks in Tai’an City,” vigorously carried out initiatives to establish harmonious labor relations enterprises and industrial parks. Following self‑assessment and application by enterprises, re‑examination at the county, district, and functional zone levels, and review by the Municipal Tripartite Committee on Labor Relations Coordination, a total of 16 enterprises, including Tai’an Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., were recognized as Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprises in Tai’an City, while four industrial parks, including the Shandong Taishan Economic Development Zone, were designated as Harmonious Labor Relations Industrial Parks in Tai’an City.
