Shandong Agricultural University and Jiuxin Group Held the Inauguration Ceremony for the “Teaching, Research, and Practical Education Base”

To cultivate innovative, high-caliber talent, translate scientific and technological advances into productive forces, and promote the comprehensive development of the local economy, Jiuxin Group and Shandong Agricultural University, through mutual consultation and in accordance with the principle of “mutual benefit and common development,” have established a teaching and research base of the College of Chemistry and Materials Science at Shandong Jiuxin Group Co., Ltd. On the morning of May 15, 2019, President Zhang Xiansheng of Shandong Agricultural University and his delegation first conducted an on-site inspection at Jiuxin Group, accompanied by county leaders Chen Chuanshuai and Li Peiqiang.

On the morning of May 15, 2019, President Zhang Xiansheng of Shandong Agricultural University and his delegation first conducted an on-site inspection at Jiuxin Group, accompanied by county leaders Chen Chuanshuai and Li Peiqiang. Huang Guiyin, Chairman of Jiuxin Group, personally led the visit and provided a detailed overview of the company’s history, its flagship products, market scale, and other key aspects, enabling the visiting officials and guests to gain a thorough understanding of the enterprise.
Subsequently, a grand unveiling ceremony was held in the main conference room of the Dongping Yingbin Hotel, presided over by Liu Yu, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Mayor. First, Chairman Huang Guiyin provided an overview of Jiuxin Group, emphasizing that this industry–university–research collaboration represents both an intrinsic need for the company’s development and a win-win initiative for translating scientific research into practical applications: universities can better leverage their talent and technological strengths, while enterprises can more effectively capitalize on their brand and market advantages. Following this, Zhang Tao, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the County Party Committee, delivered a welcoming address, and President Zhang Xiansheng of Shandong Agricultural University also spoke. President Zhang Xiansheng expressed his anticipation and confidence regarding this partnership.
At the meeting, Vice President Wu Yantao of Shandong Agricultural University and Chairman Huang Guiyin signed a university–enterprise–industry–university–research cooperation agreement. Subsequently, Secretary Zhang Tao and President Zhang Xiansheng jointly unveiled the plaque designating the site as Shandong Agricultural University’s “Teaching, Research, and Practical Education Base.”
This cooperation agreement marks a new starting point for university–enterprise collaboration. Jiu Xin Group will leverage the strengths of Shandong Agricultural University’s key disciplines, adopt a mutually beneficial, win-win R&D model that shares both risks and rewards, and capitalize on its own brand and market advantages to accelerate the commercialization of research outcomes. The group will also broaden the scope and deepen the areas of cooperation, thereby helping Dongping’s economy achieve rapid growth.
