On the morning of April 30, 2021, as the International Labor Day holiday approached, Jiuxin Group solemnly convened its 2021 “May Day” Model Worker Commendation Conference, celebrating this shared festival of workers. The event was attended by Huang Guiyin, Chairman of Jiuxin Group, leaders from all subsidiaries of Jiuxin Group, and the entire workforce of the group.

The event was attended by Huang Guiyin, Chairman of Jiuxin Group, leaders from all subsidiaries of Jiuxin Group, and the entire workforce of the group.
In recent years, as Jiuxin Group has grown, it has seen the emergence of numerous exemplary figures who are dedicated to their work, pioneering in innovation, courageous in taking responsibility, and selflessly devoted. From their ordinary posts, they have achieved extraordinary results, setting a shining example for us to follow.
At this event, a total of 37 model workers were honored. Huang Guiyin, Chairman of Jiuxin Group; Shen Ming, General Manager of Jiuxin Group; He Zhenquan, Chairman of Jiuxin Daily Chemical Co., Ltd.; Chen Zhaoguo, General Manager of Jiuxin Tools Group; and Zhang Dacun, General Manager of Jiuxin Daily Chemical Co., Ltd., presented each model worker with a certificate of honor and a cash award.
Liu Guimei from the soap workshop of Jiuxin Daily Chemical, Lü Huazhen from the mold workshop of the Tool Factory, Qiao Xiguang, team leader of the forging and pressing workshop at the Precision Factory, and Gao Wei, press‑working team leader in the ratchet‑wheel workshop of the Precision Factory, each took to the podium. Though their posts differ, they all embody a shared spirit: a strong sense of ownership, selfless dedication, a vigorous drive for pioneering and progress, a commitment to pragmatism and innovation, and exemplary professional ethics and devotion to their work—quietly shining and making meaningful contributions in their respective roles.
All employees of the Group should take them as role models, emulate their unwavering commitment to the enterprise, and adopt their down-to-earth, hardworking work ethic. Let the spirit of model workers continue to thrive within the Jiuxin Group, inspiring each and every one of us to rise to the occasion, stay focused on our duties, and deliver solid results, thereby contributing to the Group’s continued growth and development.
The Chairman delivered an important address, emphasizing the need to encourage all cadres and employees to study model workers and strive to become role models themselves. He urged them to draw inspiration from the advanced ideas and exemplary deeds of these role models, fully mobilize their own initiative, and apply that enthusiasm to their daily work—especially at this critical juncture when the company is undergoing a pivotal transition from old to new growth drivers. We must proactively learn from model workers, foster a positive culture of learning, and endeavor to cultivate more outstanding individuals who are dedicated to their posts, pragmatic in their approach, committed to rigorous research, and bold in innovation, thereby better realizing their personal value. At the same time, we should accelerate the enterprise’s development and improve the quality of life for our employees.
