From July 7 to 16, 2019, Huang Guiyin, Chairman of the Jiuxin Group, and Chen Chuanshuai, Executive Deputy County Mayor of Dongping County, accompanied the Shandong Provincial Economic and Trade Delegation on a visit to Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan to conduct economic and trade negotiations. The Chairman’s trip yielded substantial results.
From July 7 to 16, 2019, Huang Guiyin, Chairman of the Jiuxin Group, and Chen Chuanshuai, Executive Deputy County Mayor of Dongping County, accompanied the Shandong Provincial Economic and Trade Delegation on a visit to Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan to conduct economic and trade negotiations. The chairman’s trip yielded substantial results.
During his visit to Russia, the Chairman paid a courtesy call on Starm, a Russian customer of Jiuxin Tools Group, and held in-depth discussions with Mr. Mike, the company’s owner, and Ms. Laura, its general manager. All department managers were in attendance. During the talks, the Chairman provided a detailed overview of our company’s newly built electroplating industrial park, which boasts a comprehensive range of plating processes, substantial scale, and an ever‑expanding product portfolio—including automotive repair tool sets, pliers, screwdrivers, and more—already in production and on the market. He expressed hope that the two sides would pursue even deeper cooperation going forward. Starm noted that it has maintained a long‑standing partnership with our company, expressing high satisfaction with both our products and services, and indicated its intention to deepen collaboration by placing an initial order for several of our new products. On behalf of the Dongping County Government, County Magistrate Chen presented the client with a valuable handscroll as a gift and extended an invitation for the client to visit Dongping in the second half of the year for an on‑site inspection.
Meeting outcomes: Starm has placed two new orders—one for impact wrenches and large‑size three‑jaw spanners, and the other for a new product line that includes long ratchet wrenches, double‑ended ratchet wrenches, and blackened chrome‑molybdenum steel sockets. This order is a trial purchase; if market feedback is positive, the quantity will be increased.
Second, we paid a visit to our client, BMW. The company’s tools are supplied to KAMAZ, which boasts a 50-year history and is Russia’s leading manufacturer of military trucks. The Russian military imposes exceptionally stringent requirements, with products typically undergoing more than a dozen rounds of testing before being approved as a final supplier. Following this visit by the chairman, we are confident that Jiuxin Tools will secure its position as a premium supplier to Russia’s military truck industry, surpassing an annual sales volume of one million units.
During his stay in Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan, the chairman also attended other economic and trade negotiation events.
