On the morning of August 15, 2019, Liu Sihong, Director of the Standing Committee of the Dongping County People’s Congress, and Chen Chuanshuai, Executive Deputy County Governor, led all members of the county’s Standing Committee on a field inspection of the county’s efforts to transform industrial growth drivers and promote scientific and technological innovation. Huang Guiyin, Chairman of the Jiuxin Group, accompanied the delegation as an observer, while Group General Manager Shen Ming, Deputy General Manager Zhan Yanjun, and He Zhenquan, General Manager of the Daily Chemicals Company, joined the inspection and research team.

The inspection team conducted an on-site visit to the Group’s electroplating industrial park project and the 100,000‑class GMP‑upgraded workshop of the daily chemicals company.
At the electroplating industrial park project site, Zhan Yanjun, Deputy General Manager of the Group, briefed the visiting delegation, explaining that the park represents a major initiative by Jiuxin Group to facilitate the transition from old to new growth drivers and ensure the company’s long-term, sustainable development. The facility comprises seven major plating processes—nickel, chromium, gold, silver, zinc, copper, and tin—featuring 42 production lines, along with an electroplating wastewater treatment center. All production lines are equipped with cutting-edge domestic technology, enabling the provision of electroplating services for sectors such as aerospace, high-speed rail, automotive, electronic components, and jewelry. With its large-scale operations, state-of-the-art processes, and comprehensive functionality, once fully completed and commissioned, the park will serve as a new platform for attracting investment in Dongping County, drawing more out-of-town enterprises to invest and establish businesses in the region.
At the site of the 100,000‑class GMP‑upgraded and renovated workshop of a daily‑chemical company, Chairman Huang Guiyin unveiled a newly developed series of green Sichuan pepper products. These formulations are derived entirely from plant extracts and traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, containing no chemical mite‑removal agents. The product line has undergone a comprehensive upgrade, with highly automated production equipment that has significantly boosted manufacturing efficiency. Sales are outpacing supply, and the market outlook is exceptionally promising.
