Dongping Xinyuan Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in Wangtai Village, LaoHu Town, Dongping County. Construction broke ground in September 2013, and production commenced in September 2014. The company occupies 16 mu of land with a total investment of RMB 48 million, of which RMB 29 million was allocated to the first phase. The factory building covers 3,000 square meters, with an additional 292 square meters for ancillary facilities. Currently, the company employs 150 workers and operates three forging and pressing lines and six hex‑key wrench production lines. Its main products include fixed‑size wrenches, socket wrenches, combination wrenches, and hex‑key wrenches. The second phase of the project is expected to require an investment of RMB 19 million; land acquisition has been completed, and other follow-up work is underway. Upon completion and commissioning, the second phase is projected to generate annual sales revenue of RMB 80 million, tax contributions of RMB 5.98 million, and create more than 300 jobs.
