Dongping Xinmei Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a joint venture with Jiuxin Tools. Located on Provincial Road 250, west of Guolou Village in Beixinhu Town, the project covers an area of 40 mu and has a total investment of RMB 50 million. The equipment includes more than 60 sets, such as the NBP-1000 machining center, the C88K-100KJ die‑forging hammer, a 630‑ton friction press, and an automated electrostatic powder‑coating production line. The company primarily manufactures trailer tow balls, trailer arm components, precision forgings, automotive parts, large‑size adjustable wrenches, impact socket wrenches, and impact fixed wrenches. Upon full operation, the project is expected to generate annual sales revenue of RMB 100 million, contribute RMB 16 million in profits and taxes, and create 300 jobs, thereby better addressing employment needs for resettled residents in the reservoir area and promoting local economic development and social stability.
