At this conference, we presented two special awards: In 2021, the Jiuxin Group’s Special Contribution Award was presented to Zhang Qinghua of the R&D Department at Jiuxin Precision Engineering Co., Ltd. Over a six-month period in 2021, Zhang Qinghua and his team developed an automated polishing machine for adjustable wrenches. Currently, manual polishing remains the dominant method for finishing such tools, and manufacturers have long struggled to overcome this limitation. The development of Jiuxin Precision Engineering’s automated polishing machine has turned a decades‑long aspiration into reality, successfully resolving the longstanding challenge of wrench polishing and achieving a breakthrough from zero to one. This significant accomplishment has resulted in substantial savings of both labor and resources. Preliminary estimates indicate that, for a single 12‑inch specification alone, the innovation could save the company nearly RMB 500,000 annually, laying a solid foundation for expanding production capacity and increasing output.

The second is Meng Yu from the Financing Department of Jiuxin Group. Meng Yu is responsible for the entire financing operations of Jiuxin Group, and currently the company has established relationships with… Eleven financial institutions provided financing, covering more than 30 transactions. In 2021, as the company accelerated its growth and expanded its financing activities, Meng Yu proactively engaged with banks and, leveraging national support policies, secured poverty‑alleviation loans, thereby reducing the company’s interest expenses.

The Jiuxin Group Charity Fund was established in In 2011, marking the tenth anniversary this year, the Charity Fund has provided assistance to a total of 1,253 employees, with cumulative aid exceeding RMB 1.7 million. This includes support for 152 employees facing critical illnesses, amounting to over RMB 860,000, and scholarship grants for children’s further education totaling more than RMB 580,000.
