On the morning of April 18, 2020, Jiuxin Group solemnly convened a conference to summarize and commend its production efforts in response to the pandemic. The event honored 36 outstanding Jiuxin employees and three exemplary teams for their remarkable contributions to epidemic‑prevention production, inspiring all Jiuxin staff to learn from these role models, demonstrate dedication and professionalism, and continue to make significant contributions to the Group’s ongoing development, thereby striving to usher in a new phase of growth for Jiuxin Group. Huang Guiyin, Chairman of Jiuxin Group, and Shen Ming, General Manager of Jiuxin Group, attended the conference and delivered remarks. Representatives from ten banks, including the County Agricultural Bank, the Agricultural Development Bank, the Industrial and Commercial Bank, the Bank of China, and the China Construction Bank, were invited to attend.

Mr. Huang Guiyin, Chairman of Jiuxin Group, extended his heartfelt greetings on behalf of the Group to all employees who have been tirelessly working on the front lines of epidemic prevention and production, while also recognizing their dedicated contributions. He emphasized that the swift launch of production and rapid deployment of protective supplies, as well as the successful donation of防疫 products worth 5 million yuan, would not have been possible without the quiet, unwavering efforts of every Jiuxin employee. Throughout the manufacturing process, they never complained about the rudimentary working conditions; undaunted by the cold or hardship, they worked day and night, going above and beyond to stay at the forefront of production. To ensure uninterrupted operations, some even moved their personal belongings into the workshop, their selfless dedication helping bring batch after batch of essential protective supplies off the assembly line. Jiuxin Group will never forget these outstanding employees’ selfless contributions.
Meanwhile, the Chairman extended his heartfelt gratitude to the County Party Committee, the County Government, and all financial institutions for their support of the Jiuxin Group during the pandemic. He stated that Jiuxin will continue to press ahead, working under the leadership of the County Party Committee and the County Government and with the assistance of financial institutions, to further strengthen and expand the enterprise, thereby repaying the people of its hometown and contributing to the economic development of Dongping with an even more robust Jiuxin.
At the commendation meeting, the chairman urged that, on the basis of robust epidemic prevention efforts, all enterprises should fully resume work and production. In light of the current special circumstances, Jiuxin must prioritize the following four key areas: first, ensure steady progress on the Jiuxin Daily Chemicals project to produce 200,000 tons per year of next-generation premium disinfectant products featuring green Sichuan pepper; second, accelerate construction of Phase III of the electroplating industrial park; third, continue upgrading product lines across all subsidiaries and advancing automation through machine substitution; and fourth, strengthen talent recruitment. In these challenging times, we must seize opportunities amid adversity and achieve breakthroughs.
In closing, the Chairman stated that the current epidemic prevention situation remains grave, presenting both opportunities and challenges for Jiuxin. All Jiuxin employees should take this commendation conference as an opportunity, look to the exemplary figures as role models, and rally across the entire group to launch a vigorous drive in the first half of the year, striving to achieve the year’s objectives. At the awards ceremony, Shen Ming, General Manager of Jiuxin Group, delivered a summary report on the production of anti‑epidemic products and, together with the leaders of Jiuxin Group’s various subsidiaries, presented certificates of honor and commemorative plaques to outstanding employees and exemplary teams. In addition to generous monetary rewards, the Chairman also arranged for suits worth thousands of yuan and personally donned them on these distinguished employees, expressing his encouragement and gratitude.
