Groundbreaking Ceremony for Phase III of the Jiuxin Group Electroplating Industrial Park

On the morning of February 26, the county’s 2021 spring major project groundbreaking ceremony was solemnly held at the Jiuxin Electroplating Industrial Park in Timen Town. Qu Feng, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the County Party Committee; Liu Xiangtao, Chairman of the County Political Consultative Conference; Liu Sihong, Director of the Standing Committee of the County People’s Congress; Li Peiguo, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee; Li Guangyi, Member of the County Party Committee Standing Committee and Director of the General Office; An Yujie, Member of the County Party Committee Standing Committee and Head of the Organization Department; Li Shengguang, Member of the County Party Committee Standing Committee and Executive Deputy County Mayor; and Huang Guiyin, Chairman of the Jiuxin Group, attended the ceremony and jointly laid the foundation stone for the Jiuxin Machinery Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Project and Phase III of the Jiuxin Electroplating Industrial Park.

Li Shengguang presided over the ceremony and delivered a speech. He emphasized that the simultaneous commencement of major spring projects across the county represents a resolute step to implement the high-quality development directives at all levels, and serves as a crucial measure for rallying the entire county behind the vision of “building the county on ecology and pursuing green development,” thereby ensuring a strong start to the 14th Five-Year Plan.
At the ceremony, Huang Guiyin, Chairman of Jiuxin Group, provided an overview of the Jiuxin Electroplating Industrial Park project. In recent years, under the sound leadership and robust support of the County Party Committee and the County Government, Jiuxin Group has placed a strong emphasis on technological innovation, adopted a long-term development strategy, and accelerated the transition from old to new growth drivers. Since 2018, the company has invested in the construction of the Jiuxin Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park for Mechanical Equipment. To date, the park covers 200 mu of land; its Phase I has been successfully commissioned, generating an annual output value exceeding RMB 500 million and providing employment for more than 200 people. Phase II includes seven major plating processes—nickel plating, chrome plating, gold plating, silver plating, and others—comprising a total of 39 production lines. Currently, 12 electroplating lines and a wastewater treatment center have been completed, and the park has attracted 12 enterprises from Hebei, Jinan, Jining, Linyi, Tai’an, and other regions to establish operations there. In 2021, the company will expedite the construction of additional production lines for hot‑dip galvanizing and other processes in Phase III, ensuring that the entire industrial park is brought online as soon as possible.
During this period, the Jiuxin Electroplating Industrial Park has accelerated its development. With a total planned area of 3,000 mu, the park is being developed into a green, high-end electroplating industrial cluster that covers the entire value chain, all plating processes, and the full spectrum of related industries. All production equipment will be sourced from cutting-edge domestic and international suppliers, enabling the park to provide comprehensive electroplating services for diverse sectors, including aerospace, new-energy vehicles, power‑generation equipment, automotive components, and mining machinery. Once the Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park is fully completed and reaches full capacity, it will accommodate more than 400 enterprises, becoming a multi‑billion‑yuan industrial hub in Shandong Province that integrates electroplating, logistics, R&D, e‑commerce, and smart manufacturing. It will also emerge as Shandong’s largest green electroplating industrial park, creating 10,000 new jobs and generating over RMB 1 billion in taxes and profits.
