At 3:00 p.m. on February 27, Mr. Lee Jang-yong of South Korea’s MEDIPOST Company, together with Mr. Liu Wei of Shandong Jingyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., led a delegation of eight members to visit and provide guidance at Jiuxin Group.

At 3:00 p.m. on February 27, Mr. Lee Jang-yong of South Korea’s MEDIPOST Company, together with Mr. Liu Wei of Shandong Jingyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and a delegation of eight members, paid a visit to Jiuxin Group for an inspection and guidance session.
South Korea’s MEDIPOST Co., Ltd. possesses world‑class advanced technologies in the stem cell field and has developed four major business segments: a stem cell bank, stem cell therapeutics, health‑functional foods, and cosmetics. Shandong Jingyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is dedicated to the research, development, and application of cellular biotechnology and has established long‑term strategic partnerships with leading research institutions both domestically and internationally. Currently, Shandong Jingyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., in collaboration with MEDIPOST, has introduced Cartistem—MEDIPOST’s world‑first stem cell‑based therapy for degenerative knee osteoarthritis—into the Chinese market, holding exclusive rights to its development and intellectual property across mainland China.
Led by President Chen Guoqing, Vice President He Zhenquan, and others, the delegation toured the production workshop and gained an in-depth understanding of the Manting product line.
Song Hongpeng, Vice County Magistrate of Dongping County, Chen Guoqing, President of the Daily Chemical and Pharmaceutical Business Group of Jiuxin Group, and He Zhenquan, Vice President of the Daily Chemical and Pharmaceutical Business Group and General Manager of the Shandong Division of Jiuxin Group, among others, attended this round of talks and meetings.
During the meeting, Dr. Lee Jang-young of South Korea and Mr. Chen Guoqing, President of the Daily Chemicals and Pharmaceutical Business Group at Jiuxin Group, each provided an overview of their respective companies. The atmosphere was harmonious and enthusiastic, with both sides expressing keen interest in the patented technologies and R&D directions already achieved. They sincerely conveyed their desire for collaboration and a willingness to engage in mutual exchange and learning.
Song Hongpeng, Vice County Magistrate of Dongping County, extended a warm welcome to the visiting guests and highly commended the discussions held against the backdrop of the major shift from old to new growth drivers. He described the collaboration as a powerful alliance under the “Four New, Four Modernizations” framework—a cross-sector partnership that heralds a promising start to expanding both parties’ markets—and expressed his hope that their complementary strengths would soon translate into concrete, mutually beneficial cooperation.
Chen Guoqing, President of the Daily Chemical and Pharmaceutical Business Group at Jiuxin Group, urged the Shandong Business Unit to strengthen communication with visiting clients, proactively address all their information‑seeking needs, and promptly finalize the cooperation intentions reached during this round of talks.
