On January 17, a grand signing ceremony was held between the Dongping Hardware Tools Industrial Park and KOREA FEELUX (South Korea). Attending and witnessing the event were Chen Chuanshuai, Member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Executive Deputy County Mayor; Yin Chenghai, former Deputy Director of the County People’s Congress Standing Committee; Ma Junfeng, Director of the County Bureau of Commerce; Wang Chengyuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Dongping Economic Development Zone; Zhang Maojin, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Dongping Economic Development Zone; Kim Guk-su, General Manager of FEELUX in China; Si Kongxun, Director of the Chinese Embassy in South Korea; Wu Shiguo, General Manager of FEELUX in Dongping; as well as Shen Ming, General Manager of Jiuxin Group, and Zhao Feng, Deputy General Manager.

In his address, Chen Chuanshuai extended warm congratulations on the signing of this agreement.
Chen Chuanshuai urged the relevant departments and units to further strengthen their sense of responsibility, service orientation, and efficiency, proactively and in advance deliver attentive, end-to-end, all‑round services, and foster an optimal, highly efficient external environment to ensure the project is commissioned and delivers results at the earliest possible date.
Shen Ming outlined the progress of investment promotion and project development at the Dongping Hardware Tools Industrial Park. He noted that, with the care and strong support of the County Party Committee, the County Government, and all levels of government and departments, the park has achieved significant interim results in both attracting investment and advancing project construction. The projects have been completed on schedule, and 22 enterprises have been brought into the park—12 are already in normal operation, while negotiations are underway for the remaining 10. Shen Ming stated that Jiuxin Group will continue to uphold its development philosophy of “joint platform building, shared functions, co‑located spaces, and industrial clustering,” doing its utmost to provide comprehensive services. He expressed his hope that more partners will join the Dongping Hardware Tools Industrial Park family, fostering resource sharing and win‑win cooperation.
Kim Guksu provided an overview of KOREA FEELUX, a South Korean company. He stated that KOREA FEELUX is a publicly listed electronics manufacturer founded in 1997, with a registered capital of US$20 million. The company holds hundreds of technical patents covering product design, structural engineering, circuitry, and software development, and its product portfolio spans lighting sources, luminaires, and lighting control systems. Its sales network and customer base extend across Asia, Africa, the Americas, and Europe. Leveraging forward-thinking principles, the company has earned global acclaim for its high‑quality products that harmoniously integrate people and light, embodying ergonomic design principles.
This collaboration marks both a new starting point for joint cooperation and a fresh opportunity for mutual benefit and win‑win outcomes.
