They were accompanied by Liu Sihong, a Second-Level Inspector with the Dongping County People’s Government, and Shen Ming, General Manager of Jiuxin Group. The delegation first toured the Jiuxin High-End Metal Surface Treatment Circular Industrial Park to review the project’s construction progress, during which General Manager Shen Ming provided relevant briefings.
The Jiuxin High-End Metal Surface Treatment Circular Industrial Park is primarily developed as a “Five Zones and One Corridor,” comprising: a high-end metal manufacturing and surface treatment production zone; a waste-to-energy steam‑power zone; a wastewater treatment and reuse zone; a comprehensive utilization zone for waste resources; and a demonstration zone for integrated services and environmental education, along with utility corridors for steam, condensate, district heating, and circulating water systems. The park forms a complete industrial chain that integrates hardware component manufacturing, metal surface treatment, and equipment fabrication.
Subsequently, the group traveled by car to Jiuxin Daily Chemical Co., Ltd. for a site visit. Shen Ming, General Manager of Jiuxin Group, provided an overview, accompanied by Li Shuhong, Chairwoman of Jiuxin Daily Chemical Co., Ltd.
