The Shandong Jiuxin Intelligent Manufacturing Research Institute project is planned to invest RMB 300 million, construct 30,000 square meters of factory space, and introduce a new robotic manufacturing production line. Concurrently, a robotics research institute will be established to support R&D efforts. Construction is scheduled to commence in the second half of 2018. Upon full completion and commissioning, the facility will be capable of machining 100 robots annually, generating annual sales revenue of RMB 100 million, with profits and taxes totaling RMB 20 million and tax contributions reaching RMB 50 million. The products will not only replace existing tool‑based machining processes, enabling automation and workforce substitution, but also be available for export.
The plan is to develop this project into a demonstration base for intelligent manufacturing at Jiuxin Tools. Through the establishment of this demonstration base, we will apply to relevant local government agencies for an intelligent industrial tourism initiative, welcoming visits from social organizations, government agencies, media outlets, schools, and corporate clients to offer immersive factory‑tour experiences that showcase Jiuxin Tools’ advanced levels of automation and intelligent production.
